1. Who we are

By opening the site, confirming your age, creating an account or playing any game, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using topfunslots.com.

2. What this site is — and is not

TopFunSlots is a social casino: a free entertainment service offering casino-themed games played with virtual coins. It is important that you understand the following before you play:

• There is no real-money gambling on this site. No stake you place involves money or anything of value.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value. They are an internal score. They cannot be bought, sold, redeemed, exchanged, gifted, transferred between accounts or withdrawn in any currency or form.

5. Virtual coins

New accounts receive 10,000 virtual coins. A further 5,000 coins can be claimed once every 24 hours. Coins exist only inside topfunslots.com and remain our property at all times; you are granted a personal, revocable, non- transferable licence to use them within the site.

We may adjust coin balances, bonus amounts and bonus timing at our discretion — for example to correct a fault, to respond to abuse of the bonus system, or as part of ordinary changes to the service. Because coins have no monetary value, no compensation is owed if a balance changes or is lost.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation or modified clients to play games or claim bonuses;
• attempt to probe, scan, overload or break into the site, its servers or any connected system;
• reverse engineer, scrape, frame or redistribute the site or the games embedded within it;
• present TopFunSlots as a real-money gambling service, or use it to promote unlicensed gambling;
• upload, submit or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing.

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

7. Games provided by third parties

The games on topfunslots.com are free public demonstration versions published by their respective studios and embedded here in frames. The studios own their games, names, artwork and trade marks, and control how those demos behave and whether they remain available. We do not operate the game engines, cannot alter their results and are not responsible for their availability. A demo may change or disappear without notice.

8. Availability and changes

10. Intellectual property

The TopFunSlots name, logo, site design, layout and written content belong to Nightdrive Interactive Ltd. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or adapt our content or branding without our written permission. Third-party game assets remain the property of their studios.

11. Privacy and cookies

12. Playing responsibly

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, United Kingdom, and the courts of England & Wales, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
